Programme: In this year’s symposium, all aspects concerning agronomy and propagation of the plant will be highlighted as well as sensory aspects like masking aftertaste, improvement of taste by various measures, application in food formulation, etc.
The Scientific Committee will invite academic, experts and industrials to present their latest researches and innovations on the field of Stevia.
Oral presentations and posters are appreciated as well. All abstracts will be submitted to the Scientific Committee.
Abstracts have to be sent as a word file only (no PDF or other formats accepted) to the following address: eustas@uni-bonn.de.
Please indicate whether you want to submit an oral presentation or a poster.
